- For the hotline, if the incident being called in about falls under one of the categories below:
- FBI, ICE, CBP or some other law enforcement showed up & is asking questions at your home, workplace, etc.
- I, or a comrade, have received a Grand jury subpoena or search warrant.
- Someone has been taken into custody by the Feds.
- Someone was arrested and it is unclear who arrested them.
- Police/other law enforcement are threatening/intimidating our people–i.e. Threatening arrests, tear gas, kenneling, etc.
- We need lawyers to be present at a mobilization/action to either legal observe or to be prepared to deal with arrests.
