Become a Call Operator
Field the calls to ensure that we are responding within a short ( 24 hour) timeline; and pass the requests along to a coach if necessary. Volunteer Call Operators will talk with callers to get a sense of what kind of support they may need and to offer accessible resources we have.
Become a Coach
Handle any escalated conversations that need more in-depth guidance as a follow up if needed by the volunteer hotline operators. For example, if a caller asks for in depth support with brainstorming potential opportunities specific to their circumstances or to get critical feedback on an action planning scenario.
